A Tune For Town With Worst Potholes – Your Town Thursday

That's what I am offering this week.  Convince me that your town has the worst potholes in the Capital Region, and I will sing about it this ThursdayAs I was slurping coffee this morning, I saw this article in the TimesUnion.com.  The basic premise of the article is that we've had the worst amount of "pavement fails" in recent memory and the NYS legislature is doing precious little about it.
