According to a press release from The East Greenbush Police Department, when they stopped Christopher A. Berhaupt, the driver, they detected alcohol. Berhaupt refused to take any field sobriety tests. Adding more problems to any DWI convictions, Berhaupt pushed the officers and tried to fight off being handcuffed.
