$5M Dollar Fitness Center Coming to Crossgates Mall this Summer

One of the fastest growing fitness centers in the country will open a second location in the Capital Region this summer inside Crossgates Mall.

New 5 Million Dollar Facility Inside Crossgates

Crunch Fitness has over 600 gyms worldwide and in 37 states in the US, and it's growing.  As of June 2022, Crunch had over 2 million members, and it will add to that with new members here in the Capital Region.

According to a press release, Crunch Fitness is building a $5 million, 30,000-square-foot facility inside the Capital Region's largest mall. The facility will be located on the shopping center's lower level near the café court main entrance.

The release states that Crunch Fitness offers dance, yoga, Pilates, and other workouts designed for high-intensity interval training.

If you're into heavy lifting, Crunch offers a variety of machines, dumbbells up to 120 lbs, Olympic squat racks, and miles and miles of cardio.
