5 Year Old Gets $24 Bill For Missing Friend’s Birthday [VIDEO]

Please watch the following video and tell me if the parents of this kid's little buddy was at all justified in what they did.  (I'm biting my lip) 

It happened in jolly old England, according to an article at Huffington Post.  A little boy was having a birthday party at a ski slope, and it worked out to be $24/kid.  They sent out the invitations to all of this boy's friends, and here's what happened.

This actually got me to thinking.  Yes, it was a rude way to go about it, but have you ever been in a situation where you hosted a party (no matter what the age), and people don't RSVP so you don't know if they are  showing up or not?  You then assume that they are coming and they don't?  Doesn't it make you angry?
