At least once a week, I notice a few missed calls from either my mom or dad.  Sometimes it's both if them on the phone together leaving me a message which is just a total crapshow.  Regardless, Chrissy and I have fun playing them back on the show.  We did another installment of 'Voicemails from Mama' on Wednesday morning and this one was a classic.

This particular voicemail from Mama Codes was about something odd that happened recently when my parents ran into a man named Paul, a friend of my father.   While Paul obviously knows my dad, he didn't recognize my mother. In fairness to Paul, he doesn't see my mom all that much and she did have her mask on.

But things turned a bit strange and uncomfortable when he looked at my dad and said, "That's your wife?  I thought she died!"  Check out the audio here:

Do your parents leave ridiculous voicemails on your cell? Every week, Brian from the GNA morning show will attempt to 'clean out' the voicemail messages left from his parents and air some their hilarious ramblings for you to enjoy.  Brian's mother and father are both in their mid-seventies and have celebrated 50 years as a happily married couple. They enjoy casinos, going to the same 3 restaurants over and over, and annoying the hell out of one another.  They also enjoy leaving long-winded voicemails on their kid's phone complaining about each other and sometimes a$$-dialing them for the entire 3 minutes that iPhone allows.
