Uber: Chrissy’s First Time [VIDEO]

The day has finally arrived where the Capital Region can reap the benefits of ride sharing. Today was fun, interesting and educational as I tried Uber for the very first time. I wasn't really sure what to expect but I knew it would be a new adventure. I had taken cabs many time and I was very curious to learn what was going to be different about ride sharing.

I did a little research and asked other people who have used Uber and Lyft in other cities. I was surprised to learn that both the drivers and us, as passengers, are rated on their experiences. There is a mutual understanding that if the ride is pleasant then you both will get five stars. But there is much more to it than just being rated.

I went on my first Uber ride and we documented it all on Facebook live. I not only had a fun time, I made a friend for life in my Uber driver, Pam.
