Two Arrested After Several Vehicle Break-Ins Here In The Capital Region
It's never a good idea to leave your car unlocked. We all know that. However, sometimes even when you lock your cars, bad people can still get in.
From News 10 ABC, The Colonie Police made two arrests based a suspicion of several robberies that have taken place in the Capital Region spanning from Colonie, Clifton Park, Schenectady and Bethlehem.
After a search warrant was obtained police made the arrest of Paul Mackey and Brenda Kuhn.
Among some of the items stolen were phones, laptops, GPS systems, gaming systems and even credit cards which were then used.
Police are asking anyone in the Capital Region who reported theft from their vehicle from September to November of 2016 should contact the Colonie Police Department to see if their items have been returned.

Thankfully, these two have been stopped and our belongings on our cars are a little safer because of it. Please know that this threat is constant and you shouldn't leave expensive items in your cars.
