Unfortunately, if you're looking for homestyle southwestern American, you'll have to wait a bit...

Fire at Texas Roadhouse
On Thursday, February 5th, the Texas Roadhouse on Wolf road caught fire, and apparently it was a big one. The entirety of Wolf Road was closed off for a bit, but reopened shortly after. Luckily, fire crews were able to make it to the scene before it got too bad.
They spent some time battling the flames, but were finally able to stop the spread. It looks as if firefighters spent most of their time on the roof, which would seem a little weird, if it wasn't for the reason the building caught fire.
What Happens Now?
According to Fuller Road Fire Chief Michael Romano Jr., the fire was a result of grease being built up in the ventilation system that ignited after a grease fire in the kitchen. Luckily, the damage was kept to a minimum, but they're not exactly in a great shape.
The restaurant was, obviously, forced to close, but it shouldn't be for long. They hope to only keep the establishment's doors closed through the 5th. Luckily, the damage doesn't seem to be disastrous, so you'll be able to stuff your face with homemade rolls and cinnamon butter soon enough.
No injuries were reported as a result of the blaze.
