Take A Look At This 9 Year Old Playing The Banjo [VIDEO]

I'm not sure how you can explain how a kid this young can pick up a banjo and play this well.  Who teaches you something like this when you are 9 years old?  Never has the banjo been played so well by someone so young. Video to follow 

His name is Jonny Mizzone. He was 9 years old in this video, although I think he's about 13 now.    I'm not even sure how I stumbled upon this.  (Probably on Stumbleupon.com, come to think of it), but you just have to check this out.

I'd LOVE to get this guy on the air (maybe he can play over the phone or something).  He's actually in a group called the "Sleepy Man Banjo Boys" (wikipedia link)

I'll have to do a little more digging and see if I can contact him, but this is amazing.  It's always great to see kids with talent.  How about Lou Robert's blog about the 4th grade kid who skied down a huge mountain?

How about the entire CLASSROOM of incredibly talented kids whom I visited with recently on the Reading, Writing and Rhyming Tour?  There is up and coming talent all over the place.  I'm sure I'll be replaced at this keyboard by a 6 year old real soon.
