MADDIE & TAE have released a new video for "Shut Up And Fish" which features more of the same country cuteness that made us fall in love with them a couple of years ago when they released "Girl in a Country Song".  And, from what I understand, the idea for this song came from an actual fishing trip gone wrong! ...

As part of a campaign to show what New York state has to offer with outdoor activities, this Saturday and Sunday (June 28 & 29) will be Free Fishing Days.

She's 19 years old and a former Texas High School cheerleader.  She decided that she liked fishing, but not a big fan of bringing equipment with her.  So she nabbed this fish with her bare hands!  Video below

According to GrindTV the world's largest "alligator gar" fish was caught in Lake Corpus Christi in Texas. The fish is over 8 feet tall and weighs around 300 pounds. The man who caught it, Brent Crawford, has lived on the lake for 20 years. Crawford originally shot the gar with an arrow while standing on the bank, needed a pistol to eventually kill it.

A Massachusetts fishing crew caught the mother of all fish when it snagged a massive 881-pound bluefin tuna in its net more than a week ago. But, alas, the fish “got away” when it was seized by federal officials since it had not been legally caught using hand-held gear.
