Snow To Impact Albany’s Thursday Morning Commute
Our trends of smaller, pesky winter storms will continue early Thursday.
Whats more annoying than a big snow every few weeks? Smaller storms every few days! It looks like this Thursday morning we will have another quick one that will affect your drive to work.
According to the National Weather Service (NWS), we can expect a few to several inches of snow Wednesday night into Thursday morning. Depending on where you are in the Capital Region, that could mean anywhere from 2 to 6 inches of accumulation. You can see the NWS snowfall prediction map below:
The NWS says snowfall for this one should be light to moderate. These little storms are more pesky than anything, cause ya still gotta go to work in 'em! This nice thing about the big storms, while a pain to clear out, you usually get to avoid the slow crawl of driving to work in snow.
