Should I Push For Seperate Vacations? – Daily Dilemma

Here is Today's Daily Dilemma:

I've been married 15 years. My wife and I have no children and have enjoyed the last 14 years vacationing together. This year, I suggested to my wife we go away alone and if we want we can plan another trip together. She agreed and we did our own thing. I personally loved it. It's not that I don't love my wife, I just loved being alone and not having anything to do or worry about. She, not so much, she doesn't want me to go away alone again. Am I wrong to fight her on this or do I give in?
