There are so many Seniors in the Capital Region who have made the area great, This week, we honor another amazing person!

Meet Carol Engel of Albany. Her daughter, Kelly Reedy, who nominated her to be honored by American Senior Magazine, describes her as a 'dynamic senior' who is the 'strongest, most giving person.' She lives in a senior housing complex in Albany where she cares for all the seniors in her building. And that is not all. She is also very active caring for local kids, helping with local backpack and coat drives at the Blessed Sacrament School.

Carol - thanks for giving so much to the community. GNA and American Senior Magazine Salute you!
