Salute To Seniors: We Honor Helen Smith of Oneonta

Our Salute To Seniors is all bout honoring those who helped create and continue to make the Capital Region a great place to live.

This week we honor Helen Smith of Oneonta. At 89 years young, she continues to inspire her family, friends, and anyone around her, especially other Seniors! Helen is super active and teaches exercise classes at her senior housing facility and brightens the lives of those around her with her sense of humor. Helen, we salute you for continuing to bring joy to the Capital Region and making it a great place for all.
