What a tragedy at sea!  But then again, as I've learned from Saturday Night Live and other shows, comedy can come from unfortunate circumstances.  You have to laugh these days or you'll go crazy, correct?  So with that in mind, I present my song about this incident, with apologies to "Little Big Town"

I don't think there's any need to rehash what happened, is there?   You'd have to be living under a rock (without internet, heaven forbid) to not know, but in case you missed it, here's an update from nbcnews.com.

OK, now that you are up to speed, here's a little tribute to this major screw-up.  I used Little Big Town's classic hit "Pontoon" as a taking off point. 

Now that you've heard it, let me just say that I have actually taken two Carnival Cruises in my lifetime, and they were fantastic experiences, so I personally wouldn't be deterred by this.  Just saying...
