I only drink seltzer. I don't have a particular brand that I like more than others, but now I know which brand I won't be drinking any more. A new lawsuit claims that this brand contains an insecticide. Popular seltzer brand LaCroix is in some hot water because a lawsuit states that they have mislabeled their product claiming they are one hundred percent all natural.

According to News 10 ABC, LaCroix is accused of intentionally misleading consumers in believing that their product is all natural, when in fact it actually contains linalool which is in cockroach insecticide. It also contains other chemicals that are believed to cause kidney damage and tumors.

The company that makes LaCroix is denying the allegations in the lawsuit. They say they are without basis in fact or law. LaCroix comes in twenty one flavors like grapefruit, lemon and berry. The company claims that their flavors are certified by their suppliers as one hundred percent natural.
