A teenage girl from the Berkshire's was last seen on Saturday night in Pittsfield and police are asking for the public's help as they attempt to locate her.  An Amber Alert has not been issued at this time but according to sources, police considered it.  While the girl went missing out in the Berkshire's, there's a chance the teenager was last seen in Schenectady.

The Pittsfield Police Department say that 13-year-old Roos Bajanth was last seen on Saturday night at around 830 PM.  The PPD say she left her residence in Pittsfield at that time and she has yet to return.

According to News Channel 13, she may have met someone online recently which appears to add to the urgency.   News Channel 13 reported that police looked into issuing an Amber Alert, but as of right now they haven't.  The identity of the individual that Bajanth may have met online has not been disclosed by police.

Multiple sources say that she may have been seen on Sunday in Schenectady, but there is no further information on that as of right now.

The 13-year-old is described as 5'5" tall and weighs approximately 90 lbs.  According to Piitsfield police, she was last seen wearing a brown winter jacket, a red shirt, and may be in pajamas.

Any information as to Roos' whereabouts, please contact the Pittsfield Police Department at 413-448-9700 ext 0.
