According to the New York State Public Service Commission delivery rates will be frozen through March of 2018!

According to the Times Union, delivery rates "reflect the cost of providing natural gas and electricity through the pipeline network and to the grid." The article also says National Grid will be utilizing $152 million in customer credits currently owed to customers that are somehow related to system enhancements.

Bottom line is, your gas and electric bills should remain pretty consistent over the next couple years. That said, it's relative to to the weather we are having. You and I know how quickly that can change with one hot summer or really cold winter!
