National Anthem–Know The Words

Are you really in shock that a pop diva butchered the National Anthem of these United States of America? You know, the same country that afforded this Disney Channel child star the chance to become a diva and make hundreds of millions of dollars, should at least expect the National Anthem to be sang "flub free".

I was appalled when I heard this. I'm sure many of you were too. I guess we should just expect it, but I won't.

It starts at school where people don't think that the Pledge of Allegiance has a place, not to mention our National Anthem.

Put down the Iphones, the Droid phones too. Stop looking at You Tube, and TMZ. Shut off the Wii's, Playstations and Xbox's too.

After last night's Super Bowl blunder if the message isn't clear, I don't know if it ever will be. We need to put patriotism and respect of our country back on the front burner and this sickening sense of "self" on the back burner.

I hope that after last night any major sports league or gathering that pays a "alleged" superstar hundreds of thousands of dollars to sing the National Anthem of The United States of America puts a clause in the contract that says, "If you screw it up, you don't get paid"!

What are your thoughts? All I know is this issue goes a lot deeper than just last night America.
