Mysterious Wild Animal Seen In Albany

Police were called around 11:15 when residents noticed a wild animal roaming the streets. There was a picture taken of the alleged wild animal.

Some people are convinced it's just a house cat or maybe a bobcat. If it's a bobcat, then they say they still are concerned for the potential of rabies.

New York State Environmental Conservation Police are also checking into the wild animal. The Albany PD wants you to contact them if you see the animal and to not approach it. Call 518-438-4000.
