There will be more room for picnic space this year at the Saratoga Race Course. NYRA announced that they have removed a structure that has been in place for the past ten years. According to NYRA.com, there will be more space available for fans to take advantage of. It will be an extended picnic area at the Saratoga Race Course for the 2020 racing season.

NYRA has removed the Paddock Tent which has been permanent for the past ten years. Taking this down allows for two hundred forty square feet of picnic space so that fans can have a direct view of the Saratoga paddock.

The Paddock Tent will be removed before the start of the summer season at the track. Opening day will be Thursday, July 16th and run through Monday, September 7th. Racing will run five days per week Wednesday through Sunday.
