Matty Tries Hattie’s Nashville Hot Chicken [WATCH]

When I heard earlier this week that Hattie's in Saratoga started serving Nashville Hot Chicken, trying it out went to the top of my weekend to do list.

Now, you would have figured after all my years working in Country music and countless trips to Nashville I would have had my fair share Nashville Hot Chicken. But for whatever reason, I just have never had the opportunity to try any. So once I heard earlier this week that Hattie's on Phila Street In Saratoga and Hattie's Chicken Shack at the Wilton Mall are now serving the dish, getting some become a very high priority. So Saturday the whole family headed up to do some Christmas shopping and lunch at the Chicken Shack. And this was my view when I got my Nashville Hot Chicken:

Yumma yumma! Not only does this chicken looks amazing, it smells amazing too. And you can feel the heat when you smell it! Now the most important part - the taste!
