Local Restaurant To Be Featured Tonight On The Cooking Channel

We know that the Capital Region has some amazing restaurants and menu specialties. Well tonight, a local restaurant's steak will be featured on the Cooking Channel show, "Best Thing I Ever Ate". Salt & Char, a Saratoga Springs steakhouse, will be one of the restaurants featured on tonight's episode on the Cooking Channel at 8pm. It will showcase Salt & Char's Chef Braden Reardon's American Wagyu Ribeye Cap. It's nine ounces and it costs $78. But according to regular, Chef Bobby Flay, it's the best thing he ever ate!

The show highlights what the biggest chefs and food stars eat in their free time and pay for themselves. The show is a guide to the country's most amazing meals according to the pros who love good food.

The "Best Thing I Ever Ate" Monday night episode will focus on Salt & Char and other restaurants across the country in "Feats of Meat." It will focus on the most mouth-watering meat dishes these famous chefs have ever eaten.
