The Buffalo Bills are now preparing for what is simply put, a gigantic game on Sunday.

The Bills play at the Miami Dolphins on Sunday Night Football. The game wraps up the NFL regular season schedule and will also decide the winner of the AFC East.

If the Bills win, they will be the 2 seed in the AFC. If they lose, they will be either the 6 or 7 seed, or miss the playoffs entirely, if the Steelers and Jaguars both win.

Believe it or not, the Bills are favorites at Hard Rock Stadium. The reason for that is likely due to how Miami looked against the Baltimore Ravens in week 17, the Bills' four straight wins, along with the Dolphins string of key injuries.

The Dolphins are going into this game missing crucial players, especially on defense.

The Miami Dolphins won't have five important starters vs. the Bills

Star edge rusher Bradley Chubb tore his ACL against the Ravens. He will miss this game, as will fellow star edge rusher Jaelan Phillips, who tore his Achilles tendon on Thanksgiving weekend.

Not only that, but Miami lost their starting center Connor Williams to a torn ACL in week 14 and head coach Mike McDaniel said on Monday that he isn't expecting wide receiver Jaylen Waddle to play in this game vs. Buffalo. Cornerback Xavien Howard left the game vs. the Ravens as well. He will likely miss Sunday's game too.

That means the Dolphins won't have their two starting edge rushers, their starting center, starting wide receiver and their best cornerback.

The Dolphins lost their first game vs. the Bills, 48-20. That was back in week 4. A lot has changed since then, including the Bills not having Matt Milano and Tre'Davious White.

The Bills will know whether or not they have a playoff spot locked up or not by kickoff. The Steelers might play a Ravens team who doesn't play their starters, since they have the 1 seed locked up. The Jaguars play a 5-11 Titans team, but Jacksonville hasn't been playing well lately.
