How Old You Are Vs How Old You Feel [WATCH]

Is age only a number? It really all in your head? Sometimes it just doesn't feel that way.

I celebrated my birthday the other day but I'll be honest, I just wasn't that into it. Everyone says "you're only 28! You're still young". That may be true but it's not how i felt that day. I was supposed to be feeling 28 but instead I was feeling 82.

Sean stopped in to wish me a great day. Too bad it was an 82. I felt bad for taking jabs at his age during the show. Luckily, he was pretty understanding and didn't give to much trouble.

I decided to make this video to show how I really felt that day. It highlights "How old you are" vs "How old you feel."
