Trulia.com has put together a list of what some fictional TV houses would be worth in REAL life.  They only looked at the houses that were used for the show's EXTERIOR shots, since most of the interiors were shot in studios.

Here are a few highlights:

1.  The North Hollywood house used for "The Brady Bunch" is worth $552,000. It only has TWO bedrooms! Definitely not enough for 6 kids!

2.  The Connecticut house from "Gilmore Girls" would be worth $2.8 million.

3.  The West Los Angeles home the Dunphys live in on "Modern Family" is worth an estimated $1.5 million, but it sold last year for $2.2 million.

4.  The Illinois home from "Roseanne" would cost around $112,000 - wallpaper included.

5.  The Cohen home from "The O.C." is actually located in Malibu, and it's worth over $5.9 million.

6.  The house from "Coach" is in Austin, Texas, and would cost $230,000.

7.  The New Jersey house from "The Sopranos" is worth $1.7 million.
