How Do I Handle An Annoying Co Worker? – Daily Dilemma

Here is Today's Daily Dilemma:

I have a dilemma! How do I handle a co-worker that constantly tries to get me to feel sorry for them and asks for money and rides?

At first , of course I was more than happy to help but it has gotten to be a bit of a problem. I really don't want to come off at work as a complainer or insensitive so I don't feel I can tell a supervisor. It makes me really uncomfortable.
