Fan Who Falls Asleep at Yankees Game Sues for $10 Million! [Watch]

Andrew Rector, 26, fell asleep during the April 13 game between the Yankees and Red Sox, the cameras picked it up, shown on national television and the announcers poked fun at him.  Then, the video went viral.

Now he's suing the announcers, commentators John Kruk and Dan Shulman, Yankees, MLB and ESPN in damages after the “unending verbal crusade.”

I think this lawsuit is a slippery slope.  What do you think?  Does he have suit here?
