A mother of two from Upstate New York has gone missing, and State Police in New York are hoping that someone reading this right now might have some information about her whereabouts.

According to the New York State Police, the search is on for a woman reported missing by her family in Hudson, New York.

Hope Marie Duntz; What We Know

Her name is Hope Marie Duntz; she is 33 years old, approximately 5 feet 4 inches tall, 155 pounds, has blonde hair with green tips, and blue eyes.  New York State Police say she may wear a light yellow knit sweater.

Family Pleads for Safe Return

The New York State Police have reported little regarding her disappearance, and as one can imagine, her family is beside themselves.

On Facebook, Duntz's family members have said they've been distraught and heartbroken over her disappearance, pleading with residents to keep an eye out for the woman, who we've learned is the mom of two young girls.

A woman who only identified herself as the grandmother of Duntz's children has been repeatedly posting photos and videos on social media to help spread the word of her disappearance.
