A drunk New York bus driver who stopped at a McDonald's to get some breakfast on Friday morning - with students on board -  has been arrested. A student on the bus who recorded the incident, has footage of the driver who is heard telling them, "Don't tell nobody!"

According to UpstateNewYork.com, the drunk, hungry bus driver arrested on Friday was 29-year-old Lashonda Griffin. She was on her way to Northstar Christian Academy near Rochester and had 6 students on board with her ranging in age from 5 to 16-years-old.

At least one of the students, quick to record any and all things these days, pulled out their phone and recorded video of Griffin telling the students what she planned on doing. "We’re going to stop at McDonald’s quick, don’t tell nobody,” she told the students and then she proceeded to make the McDonald's run.

Lashonda Griffin, according to the report, actually finished her route and got the kids off the bus and to the school.  While no children were harmed, Griffin herself was found a short time later at the Gates Chili bus depot, passed out.  At the time she was discovered, officials say she was behind the wheel with a blood alcohol level above the legal limit of 0.08 percent.

Griffin was charged with multiple counts of felony DWI and endangering the welfare of a child. If convicted, she could face up to 4 years in prison.
