Driver Of The Boat That Killed An 8 Year Old On Lake George Had 3 Classes of Drugs In His System

The Warren County Sheriff's Department held a press conference today, updating the public on the Lake George boating accident that killed an 8 year old girl.

Sheriff's so far have released information that the toxicology results show that Alex West, the driver of the boat, had three separate classes of drugs in his system at the time of the crash.

The crash happened last month on Lake George.According to police reports, the boat operated by West, hit the victims boat and went over it killing an 8 year old girl and injuring her mother.  Police believe that West and the other passengers knew they hit a boat before they docked and went home that night.  West came to the Sheriff's department about 12 hours after the accident information was reported.

We now wait to see exactly what charges the Warren County District Attorney will bring against West and the others.
