Back on July 13th someone in the store reported seeing a man following several women around the store and behaving strangely. After investigating, police say Hart was using his cell phone to take photos or videos up the skirt of at least one of the women he was following.

Colonie Police were able to identify him and get a search warrant for his home, where he was arrested Thursday. News 10 reports that police took electronic devices from his residence as they believe there could be more victims.

Hart is facing at least three charges, including a felony charge of unlawful surveillance. The other two charges include public lewdness and endangering the welfare of a child, because his actions are believed to have happened in front of at least one child.

After his arraignment Hart was released on his own recognizance. Yes, really.

Police in Colonie say they are continuing to investigate and are not ruling out that there may be other victims. They ask anyone who believes they might be a victim of Hart's to get in touch with them at 518-783-2754.
