Colonie Police are looking for your help in identifying a woman who was hit by a car and killed on Central Avenue Monday night. It happened near the intersection of Fairfield Avenue around 8:30pm.

Police say she was walking in the center turn lane when she was hit. The driver of the car stopped and is cooperating with police.

The woman had no identification on her, so police are having trouble figuring out who she is. They think she is between 30 and 40 years old, with brown hair and red highlights. The only attributable feature is a tattoo on her right arm that says Michael.

If you have any information on her identity, please contact Colonie Police at 518-783-2744.
