What is Filming?

Much like The Gilded Age, which films most of its run in Troy and Albany due to the brownstone "Old New York City" look. Much like that, a new horror film hopes to use the Capital Region's old feel for a 1940s period film titled "Bridgeport".

What You Need to Know

Any and all are welcome to apply, but there are some stipulations:

• Must be comfortable with atmospheric smoke
• No allergies to wool
• Must have some length to your hair
• Must be comfortable receiving a period appropriate haircut and/or facial hair alteration
• NO visible tattoos.
• NO visible piercings that cannot be removed for work.
• NO acrylic nails, polish, gel polish or gel extensions, or square shapes.
• NO braces

Rates are:

• SAG-AFTRA RATE: $224/8hrs
• NON-SAG RATE: $187/10hrs

Filming is expected to take place from Mid July to Mid September, 2026, and will take place in Schenectady, Albany, Rensselaer, Oneida, Fulton Counties.

• Are you a SAG-AFTRA member in good standing or Non-SAG?

• Sizes: height, weight, shirt, pants, suit/dress & shoe

• Do you have any tattoos? If so, where are they located?

• Are you ok around atmospheric smoke

• Do you have allergies to wool?

• Are you ok receiving a haircut and/or facial hair alteration to match the time period, if needed

• Confirm you are 18 or older

• Are you local to the Central or Capital regions of New York?

• Attach current photos - closeup and full body (no filters, sunglasses or hats).
