I've taken some spin cycling classes in the past, but it can get a little boring staring at the same thing for an hour. Best Fitness has a great alternative: Their Cycle Fusion pairs spin with TRX suspension training for a great mix of strength training and cardio.

It's an intense workout, but it's built for all skill levels, too. I loved that the instructor was really friendly but not afraid to hold me accountable when I was slacking a little (because we're all tempted to slack a little sometimes, right?)

I've already signed up for my next Cycle Fusion and I plan to work this group class into my workout regimen.
