Amazon Christmas Shopping Made Easier in Albany [PHOTO]
I don't know about you but it isn't even December and I have a new Amazon package on my porch every day. Are you always nervous they're going to get stolen? Now, you don't have to be.
A month or so ago, Amazon purchased Whole Foods and now they're using that partnership to bring Amazon pick- up to Albany. Starting last week, you may have noticed some large yellow Amazon lockers outside of the local Whole Foods in Colonie Center. If you thought of all of the ways to protect your packages but are still nervous about that must-have Christmas gift sitting on your porch or you don't want the person living with you to see their present, send it to Whole Foods.
Albany Business Review says that you not only can pick up Amazon packages but return them as well and the whole process takes about 15 seconds. Based on the picture, it looks as if you get a certain code or barcode and then when it confirms that it's you, your package will be found in the locker completely safe. Is this something you would use this holiday season?
