Waterford Man Arrested After Alleged Attack… While Dressed as a Cow
Un-bull-ievable
If you thought you’d heard it all in the Capital Region, nope...think again.
According to News 10 ABC, a Waterford man was arrested Saturday after a violent domestic incident in Albany County, and for reasons still unknown, he was reportedly dressed in a cow costume at the time.
The Albany County Sheriff’s Office says deputies were called to Jubilee Road in the town of Rensselaerville for a dispute between family members.

The 'Slash Cow' Tried to Flee
Authorities allege that 47-year-old Anthony Pappalau attempted to stab the victim with a knife and also struck him in the leg with a vehicle before fleeing the scene, the report states.
The victim refused medical treatment.

As for the suspect? Deputies say he was later located and detained by Rotterdam police while still wearing the cow outfit.
Yeah… we’ve got questions too. We don't think he was a mascot for Stewart's or Chick-fil-A, so why the costume? Perhaps he thought it was a masterful disguise.
Uddelry Ridiculous
Regardless, according to the report, Pappalau now faces multiple charges, including second-degree attempted assault, reckless endangerment, menacing, and criminal possession of a weapon.
He was held pending arraignment in Rensselaerville Town Court.
Look, we try not to milk these stories too much… but when a situation goes this sideways, it’s hard not to take note.
