Aliens Yes...But Bigfoot?

For years, I've said this: I completely believe there's intelligent life somewhere beyond Earth, and I think there's enough evidence to take UFOs seriously.

But Bigfoot? That's another story.

Maybe I'm the weird one, but with millions of hunters, hikers, campers, and trail cameras covering America's forests, I'd think we'd have much stronger evidence by now than blurry photos and questionable videos.

Man Makes Wild ADK Bigfoot Claim

That said, this latest claim out of the Adirondacks is definitely making folks at least think about the possibility of a large hairy beast roaming through the forests of Upstate NY.

Charles Stuart, a Saranac Lake native who goes by "Snake the Bigfoot Hunter," says DNA testing proves the decomposing creature he claims to have discovered in the Adirondacks in 2024 is authentic.

According to Stuart, the testing found the remains are 58.5% Neanderthal and 41.5% human, leading him to believe the creature is a previously unknown human relative that has survived in remote wilderness for thousands of years.

He also claims the DNA testing was conducted with help from researchers at Cornell University, though the university has not publicly confirmed those claims. The New York Post reported the results this week.

Not Everyone is Buying It

Members of the Bigfoot research community have dismissed Stuart's claims, with some calling the alleged remains an elaborate hoax. Critics also point out that the supposed Sasquatch body has been displayed publicly at the Great New York State Fair, raising questions about whether it's more sideshow than science.

As for me, I'll keep looking up for UFOs... but I think Bigfoot still has a lot to prove. What do you think??
