A Dollar, A Dream and Now a Millionaire for Troy Man

There are people like me, who have a hard time spending the extra on scratch off tickets because we realize our likely hood of winning is slim. But, as they say, all you need is a dollar and a dream, right?

Turns out, that's exactly the case for a Troy man! The New York Lottery has reported that the man scratched his way to the top prize of $1 Million Dollars. His name has not been released yet, but there will be an announcement Thursday morning with Yolanda Vega when they present the man his check at their Schenectady offices.

This isn't the only big winner recently, a $5 Million Dollar prize was awarded to Dana Graffunder of Voorheesville earlier this month.
