You Voted & This Is the Best Burger In The Capital Region

This one was a close vote, but GNA Nation has spoken to determine the restaurant in the Capital Region to get a burger.

I have been on a food kick since the warmer weather arrived. First, I had to determine the best ice cream in the Capital Region, then I moved on to another summer, or anytime, staple: the burger. We started by taking your nominations to determine our 6 finalists, and your votes have now answered the question: who serves the best burger in the Capital Region? And the winner is...

Maxon's Grill in Rotterdam! I think we could justify this honor purely based on the burger above (Mac and Cheese bites - yummy!!), but your votes have determined for the second year in a row Maxon's serves the best burger in the area. Need more proof? Here are some reviews from Yelp: 

My husband and I stopped in for dinner after I read that Maxon's had one of the best burgers in the Capital District. My husband who loves burgers, had the horseradish bacon burger and loved it! He said it was very juicy and flavorful. I had the philly steak mushroom Swiss and it was really good too. The fries were exceptional. Homemade and perfect saltiness. We also had onion rings and buffalo chicken dip which were very good. Small place, great service. We'll definitely go back! - Tammy L, Schenectady
