I can't begin to imagine the kind of nightmare experienced by friends and family of Meghan Marohn since the Shaker High School teacher's disappearance on March 27th in Lee, MA.

State Police in Massachusetts have conducted search parties throughout the Berkshires, and frustratingly, they've turned up few leads, with the exception of finding Marohn's parked car left behind near Longcope Park in Lee, with the keys still in it.

A website dedicated to her disappearance was created by her brother Peter, and since it went live it's become a popular source for information sharing, questions, and possible theories.

Some people who have commented on the site FindMeghanMarohn.com have speculated that the Shaker teacher is one of at least 4 or 5 women that have been reported missing in the Berkshires.

One of the more eye-opening comments came from a user named "ElleK" who listed the names of 4 other women, also missing in the Berkshires.

  • Missing : Pittsfield Feb. 18, 2022
Annie Crounse is described as a white female, about 5’8′ and 125 pounds. She has dark hair and blue eyes.
  • Missing: Pittsfield, MA March 22, 2022
Rachel Lewis is described as a white female with pink, shoulder-length hair with bangs. She's approximately 5-foot, 5-inches tall, weighs 120 pounds, and has blue eyes and tattoos on her neck.
  • Missing: Searsburg, VT March 26, 2022
Mary Reid is 5 feet, 4 inches tall, weighs approximately 110 pounds, and has blue eyes and sandy hair.
  • Missing: Pittsfield, MA. April 1, 2022
Imani Alston is described as a Black female, 5 feet, 2 inches tall and 120 pounds with dark braided hair and brown eyes. She has an ∞ symbol tattooed on her left wrist.

It should be noted that authorities have not commented on these cases being connected in any way, but State Police aren't ruling anything out at this point.

After this post was published, we got a note from, John Soules, a lieutenant with the Pittsfield police who updated us on 3 of the 4 other women who had gone missing in the Berkshires.

Soules was able to confirm that "3 Pittsfield parties you referenced in the article (Crounse, Lewis, and Alston) were reported missing, and all have been located safe and are accounted for."

A 50K reward has been offered by her family for her anyone who has information leading to her safe return home.

Marohn's brother appears to be heading up the search party, and added information for people wanting to join the efforts:
