Last Saturday a 63 year old man, Bob Caldwell died of a heart attack. On Sunday "The Oregonian" newspaper ran an obituary on the man saying that he had died of a heart attack while in his parked car. The obituary went on to say that Bob was survived by his wife and three daughters. With that, all was fine.

Two weeks before her 111th birthday, Florence Green, the last known veteran from World War One (WWI) died Saturday in England.

Harry Morgan, who was probably best known for his character from 1975 – 1983 on the tv show M*A*S*H has died at the age of 96.

Andy Rooney has died at 92-years-old. He died Friday night.

The co-founder of Apple, Steve Jobs is dead.

He served as governor of New York State from 1975 - 1982, being the first democratic governor in 16 years. Before that served for seven terms as a member of the U.S. House of Representatives from New York’s 12th district.

You may not recognize him by name, but I'll bet you know the shows that he's known for.

Some sad news to pass along, today. After a long battle with substance abuse, the 'Grease' and 'Taxi' star Jeff Conaway died Friday after falling into a coma two weeks ago, TMZ is reporting. He was 60. Conaway was known for his role as Kenickie in the 1978 movie-musical 'Grease.' With the events about Osama bin Laden this week, I feel we should recognize our veterans, especially this particular vet.

It's all known now. The death of Osama Bin Laden. After, just about 10 years, the most hated man in America is finally gone.

A couple of things that I consider some of the greatest, at least the handiest inventions are Bunji Cords, Duct/duck Tape, Velcros and Super Glue.  The inventor of the all mighty adhesive Super Glue has died.
