When Maroon 5 rolls through town, they know where to stop!
Last night the band performed at the Times Union Center but earlier in the day, lead singer Adam Levine had some
I'll say that they do seem rather hard to find, the electric car outlets or "charging stations." I see them randomly at Colonie Center or at the Kohl's parking lot. They've actually frustrated me at the mall as you circle and circle the ridiculously mapped out lot for a regular spot.
Country In 60 is all about getting the biggest Country music news headlines of the week to you in 60 seconds or less.
This week Luke Bryan had admitted to
Maybe I've been living under a rock or maybe the music within the franchise FYE (standing for For Your Entertainment) but I never knew that the man behind the music chain was from Albany, NY.
Not only was he from our Capital Region but he also continued to have the home base for the music store locally as well.
I know what you're thinking, "how about some stores filling those vacant spots within the mall?" I know. I think they're currently working on that with murals plastered on the white walls asking us to guess who's coming soon. So, time will tell on what amazing shopping opportunities they do bring us.
I was getting ready to leave work on Monday thinking, "what should I do?"
See, Mondays are tough. I'm out on the road by 5pm but I have to be back in Albany by 7:30pm to host trivia at a bar, so it doesn't make sense to fight rush hour traffic to only be home for a very brief amount of time. So, I do things.
As I was skimming through some articles, one made me stop: "Here's the Best State for Older Americans - And the Worst." I knew New York wouldn't be listed as the best. But, listen I'm not one to put us down, by any means! I'm just aware of the troubles that could be considered living here. I also didn't think we'd be the worst either, which we're not. But, where did we fall?

It's true, it takes one bad apple in the bunch to ruin a good thing. Not that Halfmoon is ruined by this news story, it's just one more ridiculous
Growing up in the Capital Region in the 90s was a special time. I can remember wearing my neon shorts, school t-shirt, and slap bracelets while heading to the Saratoga Harness Track and being so excited. It wasn't just your normal trip to the track, this was special. A once in a lifetime experience. My parents were bringing my friend and me to meet the one and only Ranger Danger!
You may know James Brook without knowing you know James Brook. Have you heard of Elephant Pants? Have you seen people wearing them around town? Maybe you have a pair of your own? That's the brainchild of this Schenectady grad.
1989 doesn't seem that long ago, but when I found this video I realized it looks like a lifetime ago. Our fashions have changed, our digital video, graphics and even audio have vastly improved, I mean, just see it for yourself.
January 1st hit and so many people were like, "I need to get to the gym!" "My New Years resolution is to lose the weight!"
That's great and I applaud
