There is another recall to be aware of if you own a Ford vehicle. The company is recalling over one hundred thousand cars because of a potential seat belt malfunction.  According to News Channel 13, there is another recall of a popular car company that is risking the safety of the front seat passenger and driver. Ford Motor Company is recalling over one hundred and eight thousand midsize cars in North America.

Ford says that they need to fix a problem with the front seat belt cables. They say that the cables can lose strength over time due to a buildup of heat and then not do their job to restrain the passengers.

The recall affects Ford Fusion and Lincoln MKZ cars from the model year 2015. There has been one injury reported from the problem with the seat belt cables. If you have one of these vehicles, you will be notified starting September 9th.
