On To WXXA Fox 23 TV For The Center For Disability Services Telethon

On Friday, we had a lot of help and success from you (the WGNA listeners) with The Center For Disability Services radiothon on WGNA, and we thank you. This is one of those things that it seems like we can never do enough for.

The consumers at the center are people of all ages and all Albany area residents. They may be your neighbors, and maybe someday, God forbid, you, or someone in your family. The Center is in constant need to continue to help people get better at life.

I told in an earlier blog about what the center does and what are some of its needs. A lot of these things are very expensive and they really can use your help. If you donated on our radiothon, many thanks again. But it’s not over. You can help out again on Sunday between 12 noon and 7 p.m. as we team up with WXXA, Fox 23 on the telethon. You’re always welcome to donate again, but if you can, get a hold of your family members, your friends and co-workers. Let them know all the wonderful things about the center, and how they can help.
