New Store Bringing More “Jobs” To The Capital Region

This discount department store already has locations in five other Capital Region cities. It is now adding a sixth and they are hiring for all positions. Ocean State Job Lot is known for being a discount department store. They sell everything from winter gear, to cleaning supplies, furniture and more. They have locations in Clifton Park, Valatie, Albany, Ballston Spa, Schenectady, and they are now adding Troy.

According to the Times Union, this will be the first Ocean State Job Lot store in Rensselaer County. It will be going into the Hudson Valley Plaza across from Hudson Valley Community College. It will be taking the place of TJ Maxx that recently moved.
