New Ruling For New York Parks: You CAN Smoke! [POLL]

This is very interesting! and I'm wondering how you fall on this issue.

I guess you are still allowed to smoke in state parks. Go figure!

This is a very surprising ruling, but according to an article in the Times Union, "The state has exceeded its authority in authorizing a smoking ban in state parks"

I guess a Smoker's Rights group challenged the regulation, and they won! I bet that smoke is coming out of a lot of parents' ears right now over that one! ( Or maybe not, I'm sure how you feel.
