According to the Daily Mail, the two were visiting a campground in Wolcott, New York which is about 3 hours northwest of Albany, located between Rochester and Syracuse.
At approximately 8:26 pm on Saturday night, nearly 5 hours before her death, Annette seemed to be enjoying the getaway with her family as they ate and hung out at a restaurant called Pier Fifty-Three Brick Oven.
This was posted on her Facebook page hours before the deadly argument.
Run-ins with the family
According to the Daily Mail, the owner of the campground, Steve Lader, claims to have had multiple run-ins with the family over the course of the few days they were staying there, and that he was stunned to learn the news.
"They were here for a day and a half, and I probably had five or six conversations with them, and there wasn't anything that would have led to anything of that magnitude," he said.
An argument was heard Saturday night
While Lader himself didn't notice anything unusual about the family, others did.
According to the Daily Mail, Lader said an argument ensued Saturday night and that "neighboring campers heard it."
Lindsay was arrested for Manslaughter 2nd (C Felony), Vehicular Manslaughter 1st (C Felony), and Felony DWI. She was taken to Wayne County Jail for arraignment.
