
Warren County Mom Pleads for Help as Search Continues for Missing Student
UPDATE: Sadly, the search for the missing SUNY Adirondack student has come to a tragic end. According to the Warren County Sheriff’s Office, the 18-year-old from Porters Corners, who had been missing since Monday, September 14, was found deceased in the Hudson River.
Our thoughts are with the young man’s family, friends, classmates, and everyone in the community affected by this heartbreaking news.
Man Goes Missing on ADK Campus
The Warren County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public for help locating a missing student last seen at SUNY Adirondack.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, Dominick Carrey was last seen in the SUNY Adirondack dorms.

No Vehicle, May Be Traveling on Foot
According to the Warren County Sheriff's Office, Dominick does not have a vehicle, meaning he may be traveling on foot. He may also be carrying a black backpack.

Police are asking people in the area, particularly around SUNY Adirondack and the surrounding Warren County communities, to keep an eye out and share the information in hopes of bringing Dominick home safely.
Family Pleads for Help
Dominick's mother, Liz Carrey, has also taken to social media asking people to keep an eye out for her son. In her public post, she said the family is extremely worried and noted that Dominick left without his medication or money.
She believes he may have his cell phone and a black backpack. She said the Warren County Sheriff's Office is actively searching, but the family hopes the public can help provide information that brings him home.
She also expressed concern about her son's current mental state, adding another level of urgency to the search.
