Sloths are one of those animals that everyone seems to love. Whether you're fascinated by them or want to snuggle one, I have good news on how you can get closer to one.

In 2018, they came to Poughkeepsie. In 2019, they came to Albany, and this year, they're back! The Facebook event started trending again for this year's event put on by The Foundation for Animal Rescue and Education and Little Ray’s Nature Centers and ZooAmerica.

A sloth, alligator, porcupine, python & tons more are coming to the Empire State Plaza Friday, February 21-Sunday, February 23rd. According to the event website, "This amazing interactive, educational event will feature our newest exhibit Diversity of Living Things as well as our Animal Ambassador exhibit and we are being joined by New York Emmy Award winning TV personality Eric the Reptile Guy and some of his amazing animal friends."

Tickets are on sale now for this interactive event that also benefits a couple of organizations. If your dream was always to snuggle a sloth or touch a tarantula, this is your opportunity!
